“First let me say that the majority of these reviews here appear to be from disgruntled people who took the time to trash Pier Cleaners. This shop has 100's if not 1000's of satisfied clients and these reviews are definitely NOT the norm. I have used their pick-up service and have dropped off dry cleaning and they have been wonderful. I have never had an issue here and have frequented Pier Cleaners for a least ten years. It is not the closest dry cleaner to me, I live in Narragansett, but I trust them and have NEVER had a problem. I highly recommend Pier Cleaners! They are reliable and my clothes are always perfectly dry cleaned!“
