Went from great to horrible…I had 1 absolutely wonderful experience with Rosa. She did an impressive job participial on a chiffon dress that I was not optimistic could be fixed. She also has incredibly low prices. I’ve heard her to my friends and planned to use her again.I went back to her with a second set of clothes. One of the shirts that I brought back was actually from the first batch, but the change she had made didn’t fix the issue. Despite that, she made me pay again for the redo. Good work but expensive. I brought a dress that I bought at a consignment shop for around $15 to get shortened. I didn’t ask how much it would cost which was my mistake. When I went to pick it up, she charged me $25. I would not have paid that much. It was a straightforward job. My advice would be to get the price beforehand.
