“I arrived at around 9:00am with a swollen very painful right hand. I was seen within 5 minutes. I saw, I think, 5 people ending with a PA. Everyone I saw was efficient, professional and very pleasant. I really had no idea why my hand was like it was but the PA diagnosed it very quickly and correctly. The hand was infected by a small cut which I thought had healed well. Apparently not, I was given a shot in my butt of an antibiotic and a prescription for more of the same which I filled immediately. I woke up the next morning with the hand much improved. It was way less painful and I was able to use it which had been impossible before. It continues to improve. The whole experience was excellent. Even the shot in the butt.“

“I've been to this location for urgent care services as well as using their lab regularly for blood work and all-in-all me and my family have had positive experiences. With the lab setup, they have a good system in place to ensure they get your name and info and no matter the time or day, the most you have to wait is 5 minutes to be seen and the nurses running the lab get you in and out pretty quickly. Even in the time of COVID here, the system they have works pretty efficiently and you're in and out pretty quickly. The urgent care section is pretty good. We've come for your basic urgent care stuff (sprains, a few sutures for something, etc.) and the service we've gotten is solid. If something isn't life threatening, especially with the pandemic ongoing, this is a good alternative vs. going to South County Hospital, Kent and other local hospitals. Lots of parking to be had and the I've never seen the urgent care that busy.“
