Called & left a detailed msg. Paid for in school potraits that did not happen & no return call ever received. I admit we do not understand the process where we are new to the school, but super frustrating.UPDATE: We were able to arrange a sitting using school to connect with them. We showed up for photos, waited outside in the cold for 15 mins & receptionist let us in. Photographer did NOT SHOW up, so receptionist had to take the photos!

Absolutely disgusted with this company. I wanted to order 3 sheet and this company wants to charge me over $150 for piss-poor quality photos. It is so frustrating that the photos that were taken are really no different than last years photos but yet they are marked up so heavily that I cant afford them. The photographer sent maybe 10 minutes with my son and it was only 2 poses, so why so much money? You are not a family friendly company. Shame on you!

Their website is bad. Their prices are terrible, there package are ridiculous and their photos are slightly better than my phone. Oh almost forgot the poses are hilarious. That bumped them up to two stars. With the prices as high as they are you have to wonder home much they kick back to the school.
