However, my recent interaction with Statewide was completely different. Like many others, I faced delays, increased costs, and a lack of materials due to COVID-19, which led me to put a hold on my home addition project for an extended period, which included a bathroom. The owner of Statewide noticed the incomplete project as he regularly passed by and took the time to introduce himself. Recognizing I was a veteran, he expressed his appreciation for my service and offered to help me complete my home addition project. “Wanted to update my old post from 4 yrs ago!! A young lady arrived from out of state, to work in her parents home that has been vacant, sadly, since her father's passing in July. Future oil deliveries had been canceled back then and the home was very cold, in the 40's, on her arrival today. With thermostats set at 60 degrees the oil tank had run dry!! Mathews Oil was called, and able to get her an emergency tank of oil in under a couple hours. The front door was even left open so that the driver could fire up the boiler after filling the oil tank. Hour's later reportedly the home has warmed up nicely.... An awesome response Jim and Mathews Oil!!!
