“I can't say enough about how awesome Dr. Alano and his team are! For a number of years, I suffered on and off with tension headaches/migraines. They just continued to get worse over time. I'd previously been for physical therapy which helped some, but not to the extent I've currently experienced. I was scrolling through Tiktok last summer and happened to find a video talking about symptoms/onset similar to mine and the use of the NUCCA technique. With further research I became more open to the idea of chiropractic work. After a quick google search to find a practitioner, I learned about Dr. Alano's practice. I had my initial evaluation in July and since then have attended regular adjustments with great results. I can count on one hand the numbers of headaches since getting adjusted, and they've been very mild. Previously, I could have more than 1 per week, some moderate-severe. We've been tapering off, adding more time between adjustments, and I still feel great! Not only do I have less pain, but I also didn't realize how restricted my range of motion was- the increased mobility has been surprising. Dr. Alano always has something fun and interesting to discuss while in the office. He has answered any questions I've had and has attended to any new concerns that arise. Additionally, his front desk staff are super friendly. I've mostly scheduled with Gail, and she's been great at working with my super limited availability! Working in healthcare myself, I understand the importance of reviews, both positive and negative- these guys definitely deserve 5/5 (if I could give more, I would!).
