I can't say enough about how awesome Dr. Alano and his team are! For a number of years, I suffered on and off with tension headaches/migraines. They just continued to get worse over time. I'd previously been for physical therapy which helped some, but not to the extent I've currently experienced. I am very impressed and extremely satisfied with Dr. Alano’s treatment. I have trigeminal neuralgia aka (the suicide disease). After being told that this disease has no cure and I would have to take medication for the rest of my life, I decided to do my own research. I found Dr. ALano and I’m so glad I did! I have been able to decrease my medication dosage to almost nothing and still no pain. I can eat, smile, and talk without getting an electrical shock in my face. He is truly a blessing in my life. If you suffer from this disease please come to see him, you won’t be disappointed. I always walk out with a smile when I leave his office.

Excellent chiropractor Dr Mark Alano and staff treats you like familyI came in with lower back pain on Oct 4 2023 couldn't sit for long periods of time maybe 10 to 20mins without tremendous pain took x ray that day, and adjusted my back and feeling great after that A+ service from him and his staff worked around my schedule to get me in.And continue to do weekly visits I would recommend him 1000% Got me back on my feet and can walk and sit with out any pain.Thank youCoastal chiropractic group.
