I discovered that I had a symptom-less, partial clog in my 43 year old sewer pipe by accident while installing a hot water heater. If I could have successfully cleaned this partial clog myself, I would have, but on the advice of the city where I live, I called a professional in order to obtain the recommended hydro-jet technology. I approached 2 enterprises with a list of written questions, and Max at Monsieur Drain was the only one comfortable enough with my questions to give me believable answers, by phone and by email.
