Fred is a \"yes\" man who overpromises. I've waited for him for over a year to install a radiator and each time I call he says \"yes, no problem\" and it never gets done.
Do not hire this company, they will spend 15 minutes of actual time doing what they need to do and charge you 3x the amount of time. Fred had us go out of our own way to buy our own parts and had the audacity to charge us double the labour fees. We got our parts and agreed with Fred to come back and fix our plumbing the following day. He did not come the next day or answer our phone calls (even though it is advertised as a 24h service). Fred came 3 days later only because he was doing other work in the building. When he was in our unit he proceeded to go in and out of the apartment to answer phone calls.
