Both receptionists were understanding and accommodating for the sensitive and unique social situation of the patient. doctors (Dr. Laliberte and Dr. Nunez) were fantastic, through and gave clear instructions which help prevent a serious medical catastrophe. Also the staff and clinic were especially attentive to providing culturally-appropriate care to a senior who has limited English/French and disable - taking care to call the family/medical power of attorney out of the country to relay sensitive medical instructions in order for the patient to get the best care.
