I was there on vacation because of acute tonsillitis. Making an appointment via telephone and email is relatively complicated compared to German standards. However I got an appointment the very next day in the morning. The doctor and the nurses were very nice. The throat swab was very difficult for me, but the nurse was very understanding and took her time.

Referred to this clinic following an emergency visit to the CHUM, not only did I receive a referral I needed after 2 years of fighting the QC medical system, but Dr. Khadir was professional, attentive, and compassionate. I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you for the outstanding service, ELNA!

Always had a great service at this clinic and it’s my prefer clinic to go to even for short notice issue. My only issues is that I don’t have a family doctor at this clinic. It would make my life simpler especially since it not far from my place by bus?
