Jim is one of the nicest people you’ll meet! He was super responsive and diagnosed my problem easily. Prices are fair and reasonable esp for nearby college students. Would highly recommend!

I came with a complex issue on my dual boot computer with a problem of partition and windows with a blue screen and he resolved it quickly and with a fair value. The person is really nice. I totally recommend to go there if you have an issue with your computer.

when i visited montreal,my Laptop went out. Took it to I-tech. Staff immediately looked at the system and had it fixed in 30 minutes. Customer service is awesome, technicians, knowledgeable. I don't know of any other business that would have taken the time to get it fixed without leaving it for days. Excellent business. Excellent customer service!
