I broke my MacBook display and went to apple store where they quoted me 700$, although I took it here instead and got it done for way less than the apple store and had a perfect job done. Thanks so much!
I can only double down on what has already been said, Arvin was super helpful and professional.He walked me step by step and explained to me the situation in a clear, professional manner and with a smile on his face. He was direct and transparent with what was going on. He also communicated with me a lot through the process and would reply quickly. Even though he wasn't able to fix my laptop in this particular case (due to the model of the screen, not due to his skill), I still had a great experience from the evaluation/consultation and I would definitely go back.
