“Service à la clientèle impécable. J'ai passé une commande en ligne. J'avais commandé 20 fois le même produit pour la 2 ème fois. Le lendemain je reçois un appel pour me demander si c'était urgent car il ne l'avait pas en stock mais allait en recevoir dans la semaine. Cela ne me dérangeait pas cela à même fait mon affaire puisque j''en ai profité pour demander si c'était possible pour eux de commander une autre saveur.( Je commande en ligne puisque je ne peux pas me déplacer la-bas. )Ils ont fait des demarches pour en avoir et vont ajouter le tout à ma première commande pour me faire sauver les frais de livraison ! Pour me "satisfaire" ils ont ajouté le produit à leur site ce qui fait que maintenant je vais juste pouvoir passer par leur site pour mes commandes ! Ça c'est ce que j'appel être à l'écoute de leur client. Merci à vous. C'est grandement apprecié surtout que où j'achetais ces produits avant ils me disent qu'ils ne peuvent plus en avoir que c'est back oder probablement pour que j'achète le même produit en plus petit format et payer le tripple en nourriture par mois alors que mes chats souffres d'allergies et un n'a plus de dents.
