I was impress by all the variety of choice, but what hd seem to be the manager gave me the impression to be the type of person that if you don't know has he does, well you dont get to be explain but rather feel ridicule. Except for the warm welcome I am used to the other competition, its the amount of choice that leave me rating this one a 4 stars.

They really care about your pets. My dogs refused to eat their usual food, and instead of making me buy a bunch of different big bags of dog food, the owner gave us a few meals of different brands so we could test what they liked. Another time I asked about buying my mini husky a winter jacket and the staff were so honest with me and told me that it would be a waste of money because my dog had the perfect fur for winter already. They valued integrity above making a sale. They’re always super helpful and give me dogs treats when I check out at the register. The owner takes his time to chat with me when I have a question and really knows what he’s talking about.

The treat section for dogs is just the best! A lot of options and good prices too! The employee was very nice with us and gave us advices on which chewing toys was good and which ones are not worth it.
