“Our older dog suddenly lost use of his back legs. The urgent cares had 2-4 hour waits, so we took a chance and were able to utilize the walk-in hours in the morning and couldn't have been happier! They were quick, attentive and went over all the possibilities with us. They let us know costs before performing tests. Our minds were put at ease with the care we received. The staff was excellent. The costs were acceptable. The service was perfect.“

“Vet herself went above & beyond and was super helpful with the doggie I took in that had some issues I was concerned about- and she was really informative on what I needed to seek out at a vet for him an to make sure the vet does- before he would go there. She took her time with him (he's an older dog and scared of everything) and he didn't cry, yelp, nip, or anything! Very, very pleased with her!!!However one of the assistants I assume it was- wasn't the happiest of face- looked disgusted & was turning her nose up- wasn't very friendly with any of us customers- but everyone else that was there (the ones that brought the dogs out of the cashier didn't) seemed pleasant, they smiled, talked to the animals or people. But overall, very happy! Thank you!“
