Vet herself went above & beyond and was super helpful with the doggie I took in that had some issues I was concerned about- and she was really informative on what I needed to seek out at a vet for him an to make sure the vet does- before he would go there. She took her time with him (he's an older dog and scared of everything) and he didn't cry, yelp, nip, or anything! Very, very pleased with her!!!However one of the assistants I assume it was- wasn't the happiest of face- looked disgusted & was turning her nose up- wasn't very friendly with any of us customers- but everyone else that was there (the ones that brought the dogs out of the cashier didn't) seemed pleasant,...read full review

I recently visited the Loucks Rd York PA location with my dog who had a skin infection after being told an appointment would be 2 weeks away with our current vet. The staff was caring, attentive, and reassuring. We didn't have to wait long and the cost was great!

The wait time is the only downfall ,especially when some customers before you feel the need to ramble on about their pet. ?The staff was courteous, patient and kind. You must know going in for services you are rolling the dice on how long you may have to wait. So be prepared and be kind and respectful of others and staff. Thank you.
