“This was far and above my best experience with physical therapy. I cannot say enough good things about this PIVOT location! I like to stay active and workout regularly but over the last year, I started having low grade back strain that became chronic. After failing to get to the root cause on my own, I sought out physical therapy. I did not start my physical therapy journey at PIVOT. Regrettably, I went to another provider and ended up with a more serious back strain by the third session. The problem? I was bounced back and forth between different therapists and in retrospect, the progression of exercises was too rapid and intense. I was scared about the damage to my low back and kinda depressed about the whole situation. PIVOT was the safe landing I needed and was where I should have been from day one. The entire team is so welcoming and Jared Hunt, the clinic manager is a breath of fresh air. He is wicked smart, passionate about his field and focused on high quality patient care. He really listens to a patient’s needs and concerns. The assessment he walked me through on day one (e.g., muscle testing, balance, gait) was far and above more thorough than what I experienced at the other provider. Jared was able to hone in on muscle imbalances that were affecting my low back - imbalances I was clueless about and had not been previously identified. He is a wealth of knowledge and makes rehab a rewarding experience. I honestly looked forward to my appointments. I was lucky to work with Jared throughout my journey at PIVOT. On the rare occasion that I did work with another therapist due to scheduling issues, etc. I still had continuity of care because the therapists communicate so well with each other. I learned a ton in the 2.5 months of therapy and will continue to do the exercises I was taught for the rest of my life. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place.
