I can’t say enough good things about Pivot in York, especially Jared Hunt! I came to Pivot from another facility after doing PT for 6 months and not seeing results (for shoulder surgery). Jared is one of the most knowledgeable PT’s I’ve ever met. He created a program to address my shoulder dysfunction, continually re-evaluated, and revamped my plan as needed. He helped me transition back into the gym. He checked my form on any of the exercises I was struggling with and went above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced in the PT world. Due to insurance I was required to choose Pivot, and chose the York location based on proximity to my house. I have, however, been to MANY different PT's in my lifetime - and this is one of the best experiences I have had!You're first greeted by the most chipper office manager ever, Stormy! She is so pleasant, my first appointment I scheduled incorrectly and she didn't seem annoyed at all - it means a lot to have a lovely person as the first and last interaction!All three PTs are knowledgeable, professional, and personal. Had problems I was unsure of the cause. Through one on one exam and professional review of my condition and physical capabilities the staff at pivot expertly identified my torn shoulder ailments. By their recommendation I was able to get the treatment needed and afterward the therapy required to get me back to life as usual.
