“I wanted to take this time to thank you ALL for doing such a wonderful service for both of my Grandparents who died just three months apart. Bill & Jane Hagelgans. Amy was our officiant for both, because I loved how beautifully she spoke for my Grandfather's service, I requested her again for my Grandmother. All the details she put in to each if their life stories really touched all of our hearts. But for my Grandmother's service just yesterday.. Amy had added in at the end over loud speaker, my Grandmother playing "How Great thou Art" on the church organ. And as we left the funeral home, there were key chains made up for us all to take with a QR code for us to scan leading us to the actual video of her playing it. That really made my heart happy. All the fine details that were put into both services were outstanding and I couldn't thank you all enough. They both looked really great too. My Grandfather in his full military uniform and my Grandmother in her pink and pearls. I love how everyone worked together for such a seamless operation too. I can see how everyone works together to make sure it's perfect for the families. I worked with Liam to help with the obituary for my grandmother and go over final belongings and paperwork at the end. He was quick with email responses and calling me to make sure I was happy with the outcome. That means a lot. Thank you all again Alicia Sparks“

“The memorial for my mom was very well organized and appreciated. The staff that day were very compassionate and empathetic. I am however very upset that they didn't keep some of my mom's ashes that I requested.“
