Hefner Funeral Chapel and Crematory was great. They helped with everything we needed to handle the burial of a loved one and we were two states away. Scott was on top of everything from start to finish and even helped well after he needed to with some items. I would recommend their services to anyone needing help after losing a loved one.
Not a lot of people want to talk about this topic, but I have to say that the people at the Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory were respectful, caring, attentive to our family’s needs and offered suggestions when we just didn’t know how to navigate this difficult time. I just can’t say enough about the eulogy written and given by Amy F. She couldn’t have been more accurate on the details of my mother’s life. It was like she walked everyone though the 79 amazing years that my mother spent in this earth. The whole Heffner organization should be proud of their work.
The amount of compassion Heffner showed to my family during this time was immeasurable. Everyone was so patient and so kind. Our officiant, Amy, sat with us for more than 2 hours to learn who our mother was and from that session, took everything we said and delivered an utmost power and beautiful service for her. She spoke as though she knew her. With such emotion, even through tears at times. We could not have asked for more in such a difficult time in our lives with such unexpected circumstances.
