The memorial for my mom was very well organized and appreciated. The staff that day were very compassionate and empathetic. I am however very upset that they didn't keep some of my mom's ashes that I requested.

There are not enough words to express our sincere gratitude for Etzweiler Funeral Home. The professionalism, empathy, comfort, and flexibility were all highlights of this experience. From the moment we contacted Etzweiler, we were treated as family. They were prompt in every communication and generous with our arrangements. We worked with Bob and Shannon extensively. The flowers that Shannon ordered (through Royers Flowers) were absolutely breathtaking. She also recorded video (per our request) which was professional and promptly uploaded to my dad's Tribute page. Bob was excellent as well. He facilitated the transfer of my dad across state lines during COVID. He dressed my dad to the nines, and presented him so beautifully. The staff here is not only gifted, but they take extreme pride in what they do. Never did we imagine that we would be in this position during COVID. The service we received from Etzweiler was unparalleled, and we cannot thank them enough.
