We worked with Jackie at the Lancaster store. Jackie was so helpful and knowledgeable. We love what we purchased which was for 3 rooms. Plus we also had a custom rug made for our front door. I needed a floor trim piece and looked everywhere, Home Depot, Lowes, Amazon and several flooring stores but could not find what I needed. I called Essis & Sons and spoke with a very knowledgeable lady who understood what I wanted and invited me to come to store and check out what was was available. I drove to store and found exactly what I needed. The lady was so nice and helpful that I made a commitment to buy the flooring I need in the future for my kitchen. Great Store, very helpful, great service. If you are in the area and have flooring needs, stop in at Essis and Sons and check them out.

From start to finish this was a great experience and I will go back to this store and use them for installation. From helping us pick the right floor, Ed is knowledgeable and even allowed us to take home samples (big sections of flooring) to see how it would look in the Kitchen. I am a picky person, Ed is worse than me. My Kitchen took about four hours to complete and when the crew left my kitchen was beautiful! The price for everything was reasonable, I would recommend Essis & Sons in York to anyone.
