Everything I have read is consistent with my experience. Less than a month in the rep comes out and says it's our dog that caused chips in floor, yet 8 months later and no new chips. Plus the photo attached I'm pretty sure my dog didn't do. These clowns are hacks and do not stand behind their work.Services: Install flooring

Use this company at your own risk. They don't seem to care about the quality of their product or work. We had very expensive flooring installed in our new home, but we discovered several marks on the flooring throughout the house. This flooring was supposed to be very durable to begin with. We don't know if the builder or if L&L caused the damage, but we reported the issue to the builder since we have a warranty.So far we've gotten the run around from the builder, and they're now telling us that L&L wants us to go out and buy a cheap product at the store to conceal the damages. No mention of them covering the cost, paying us back for the damages, or anything at all....read full review

Used for New home construction they did Tile bathroom and flooring, the sales lady was great, very knowledgeable, the Flooring was fine , The tile Work is very BAD!!!! Grout Lines not even or straight at the entrance, Holes in the grout in both bathrooms, Just doesn't Look professional for the amount of money Spent, Still Waiting for them to come back and fix, Just not happy at all, would not use againServices: Tile work installation
