“The doctor is pleasant but there are 2 ladies on the lasik side that have very little patience for people who don't know or don't remember about the instructions from previous visit. Everyone else is nice.“

Dr Umlauf is efficient, always on time, and addresses any questions I have.I quickly got on his schedule when I mentioned wanting to switch from glasses to contacts at my yearly exam. For the fitting I struggled to get them in the first time, but Kathleen worked with me and while I'm not a pro yet, if it weren't for her I'd still be wearing glasses!The front desk staff is awesome too. Check-in is easy. They explain insurance coverage to you and check coverage for you too. When I had to schedule my contact appt they worked with me to get me on the schedule quickly.“
