“I was helping a good friend that was woken up by the Glass breaking on the inside of one of her Double Lane Windows, which scared the heck out of her.Anyway, while researching I came across this company and brought the broken window to them. They took all the necessary measurements and the glass needed to be ordered. So, they sealed the window and gave it back to me so it could be reinstalled while waiting for the glass to come in. Which was perfect, so I could remove the cardboard I had put in place.They were a pleasure to work with, and I was told that when the Glass arrives I should bring the window back and they'd install the glass while I waited, so I could reinstall it at my friend's house the same day.“

“So happy with my new bathroom! Jim and his team did awesome work every step of the way. Jim presented a proposal and a plan with great advice , helped me choose fixtures, tile and overall design and helped me stay within my budget. The project was on time and with minimal disruption to my home. Communication was excellent …I always knew what was next, what time they were starting each day , when inspections were happening, etc. My house is 100 years old and gutting the bathroom presented some surprises but didn’t phase JRL Design! Jim even saved and rebuilt the original window and door. Also , because they expanded the bathroom and opened the wall to the next room, that whole room was restored beautifully as well. Overall, I had 100% trust in Jim and his team and knew from the beginning that he was invested in making sure I was very happy with the outcome. My master bath is now the nicest room in the house. “Philadelphia row home with narrow doors. Special size replacement doors was difficult to find and after COVID lock down impossible; no one was making a 27" door. I tried, even my contractor, actually two, could not locate a manufacturer. Last ditch effort I stopped at Mantus on Easton Road, Glenside. Eureka!!! Not only did they meet my size specifications, I scored lovely gray exterior & storm doors that coordinates with my new siding.“

“Our house had an old shingle style no longer made. When we bought it we did our best to maintain the shingles but eventually we had to replace it. Preferred offered us a variety of choices and assured us that could modernize or maintain the era of the house. Paul was particularly patient as we hemmed and hawed about color choice. He helped us reign in our decision. He made helpful suggestions, was supportive when there was the inevitable surprise, and made sure things were done to a T. The workers were polite and efficient. “Mr cosello and his company was offered to me thru anderson windows n door company. He came did a fair, honest, complete estimate. His deposit was very resonable. He ordered the storm door n when it arrived he n his associate installed it. The instillation of the door is flawless and it appears like its been there since my house was built. I was so impressed, i hired him to replace a slider door that did not do very well in the noreaster storm. Mr cosello ordered a superior door than what my builder put in. She's extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her work. Project manager Steve Zangari and Jason did a beautiful job on the shingled roof which included some attic beam replacement. Mike Cassidy installed all new gutters on the house and Project manager Dennis Flanagan handled the new metal porch roof.That roof is stunning! Dennis even removed a basketball net that had been cemented into the ground for us! All in all, everyone involved in this project was amazing and went well above and beyond for us! Our farmhouse is 200 yrs old and we strive to keep it as original as possible. Jamie and everyone who worked on our home did everything to fulfill that goal!
