The process was very smooth overall: a straightforward appointment and quote from Todd, prompt scheduling and communication from Juan, and excellent work from Ed and Bob on replacing the windows and repainting our trim. We really appreciated how there was no pressure at all to upgrade from our economical choice of window replacements. Ed and Bob were also very friendly and courteous when installing the replacements: their attention to detail in replacing and repainting the trim made our windows look even better! They graciously uninstalled and reinstalled our curtains and blinds every day so that we could keep our privacy throughout the installation period, and also made sure to keep the doors shut so that our cat wouldn't escape. “Junior and Cody replaced our aged sliding door in our walkout basement to our garden today. They completed the job in a few hours leaving the work area spotless. They were both professional, courteous and answered all my questions. Junior even found that the original sliding door (that was installed by the original builder years ago) was set too low to the ground which is why it was always getting wet over the years resulting in warping and rusting along the bottom. He fixed the issue on the spot raising the level of the new sliding door.My wife and I couldn't be happier with the work. This is a family owned and run business who take pride in their work. It was a pleasure dealing with every member of the family from the beginning to the end. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs door or window installations.“

This would have originally been a 3 star review due to the technician showing up 90 minutes without even a call, however after contacting the main office and lodging a complaint, the matter was rectified in less than a few hours.
