They communicated with us frequently throughout the process - from the estimate to the completion.Bob, his wife and his workers, Tom and Andy, are all a pleasure to work with. Tom and Andy are both excellent craftsman - attentive to every detail - treated the job like they were working on their own homes. While our house threw us a few curve balls - Bob worked with us to complete the project in a timely manner. I'd certainly hire them again for any future projects!“
“I was helping a good friend that was woken up by the Glass breaking on the inside of one of her Double Lane Windows, which scared the heck out of her.Anyway, while researching I came across this company and brought the broken window to them. They took all the necessary measurements and the glass needed to be ordered. So, they sealed the window and gave it back to me so it could be reinstalled while waiting for the glass to come in. Which was perfect, so I could remove the cardboard I had put in place.They were a pleasure to work with, and I was told that when the Glass arrives I should bring the window back and they'd install the glass while I waited, so I could reinstall it at my friend's house the same day.“

“My wife and I needed new gutters, as our home is surrounded by towering trees on 3 sides.The half-round classic style gutters would fill up and clog 5 times a year. I'd end up climbing ladders, which grew old quickly.We went online and searched for gutter guard companies. I submitted my email address.We began receiving phone calls from several companies. We made appointments with the first 3 that contacted us.The third company to call was America Home Crafters Remodeling. I actually was able to speak with Tom Jackson, the Senior Project Manager.He scheduled an appointment and we met on our back patio the next day. He spent several hours with us, explaining his product and warranty. It was immediately apparent to me that his company had the superior product.Choosing to go with Tom was an easy call. He is knowledgable and honest. He recommended we go with 5" Seamless Gutters with American Gutter Guards.About a week later, Ed McGhee, his premier gutter installer came by to do the install.He began at noon this past Wednesday. He worked until 830 p.m. Then he returned yesterday at 11 a.m. and finished at 630 p.m.We also had a lot of moss growing on the roof. We picked up a "soft-wash solution" and Ed spent 2 hours staying it on every square inch of the roof. (That kind service was not part of the contract, but Ed did the extra work with a smile.)The new gutters have given our home a facelift. I will never have to climb another ladder, as Tom guarantees that they will not clog.So.
