I had a cherished dress that was still stained after a previous attempt at a different cleaners, so I had nearly given up hope, but the wonderful lady here made the stain disappear like magic! I'm so thankful I tried again. My dress looks good as new! She also saved a sweatshirt that I overused some stain removal on, which caused some black dye to leech into the white fabric.
