They are also willing to help out and get items back quickly when necessary. For example, last year I purchased a suit for a wedding but it arrived very late and needed to be dry cleaned only a few days before the wedding. I have taken my winter jacket to her two times due to rips, and she has worked her magic to the point that you can't even tell it was ever ripped.
