Way overpriced for the clothes we brought in there. Too casual dresses and one men's dress shirt cost $51 way over market prices. One of the casual dresses came back ruined and the owner would not refund the cleaning cost. Only said "not her fault manufacture put wrong cleaning directions." Would not recommend taking anything to these cleaners or using them ever again.

I went in with my work ski jacket planning to get my whole zipper replaced with a metal zipper and I even called in advanced about replacing the zipper with a metal one. The owner tried to get me to just replace the zipper head I said no and I want to whole zipper replaced with a metal zipper. She even tried to get me to bring the jacket back to my work and have them get it fixed by the manufacturer. Which I told her my work doesn't use this brand anymore and they don't have replacement jackets anymore.. The owner quoted me $50 to have it done in a month for the metal zipper. But the owner didn't write down my number or what I wanted done. I go to pick it up very disappointed...read full review

I talked to the owner over the phone in advanced if she does metal zipper replacements. The owner said yes and I brought my work ski jacket soon later. In person I showed her the jacket. She tried to get me to only replace the zipper head and I said no, I want a whole zipper replacement with a metal zipper. She quoted me $50. When I go to pick it up I find she didn't write my phone number down and didn't write down what I wanted her to do within a month. I found out she only replaced the zipper head, I paid the $5 just to get it back. Now ski season starts in 1-2 weeks and it gives me no time to have someone else do the job.
