“Specialty Window & Door did an amazing job on our sliding glass door! They were incredible to work with & reasonably priced compared to other competitors we checked out. We had a quote done about a year or two ago & finally were able to save up for it & when we reached out to Matt to get scheduled, he was very responsive & was flexible in getting us the updated quotes for what we were requesting before placing our final order. Dave, the measuring tech, came out shortly after the order was placed & got the order in ASAP.We called Rick to pay for our order in full to make sure it was taken care of & he was also extremely nice & responsive. We were expecting our door to be ready at the end of March, beginning of April, & to our surprise, we got a call this past Monday (3/18) & were asked to schedule install & got an appt the very next day! Not sure how this managed to work out but it was wonderful.Dave & another gentleman came out to install our door & they were very polite & professional & got the job done efficiently & quickly. They were respectful of our property & ensured the door was installed properly & just did a great job overall.If we ever need other windows/doors replaced, we will definitely be contacting them again. “I couldn't be happier with our sunroom. The material seems to very solid and high quality the work crew was very professional and informative although it took longer than we had hoped to finish the job. Of course I understand there are factors that contributed to this. What with HOA approval permitting etc but the fact that patio enclosures handled nearly all of this was a great help. Although the salesman had mentioned he would be there to answer all my concerns he seemed to pass that on to Audra Bradford. Audra was always quick to respond to all concerns complaints and questions besides being the go between for all the different people involved in the whole endeavor. Audra kept the construction running smoothly from day one to the finish. The fact that when the room was paid for she still was so nice to apologize for the time it took. Also when a defect was later discovered she was quick to arrange a repair time. It is greatly appreciated when a company is hands on like this and helps me enjoy my sunroom.“

“Very professional. My house was currently under renovation when they put in the windows. The crew came in and treated it the same as a finished house. They put down plastic and swept up after they finished. They were very efficient. It took about 7 hours for them to install 10 windows.“
