The material seems to very solid and high quality the work crew was very professional and informative although it took longer than we had hoped to finish the job. Of course I understand there are factors that contributed to this. What with HOA approval permitting etc but the fact that patio enclosures handled nearly all of this was a great help. Although the salesman had mentioned he would be there to answer all my concerns he seemed to pass that on to Audra Bradford. Audra was always quick to respond to all concerns complaints and questions besides being the go between for all the different people involved in the whole endeavor. Audra kept the construction running smoothly from day one to the finish. The fact that when the room was paid for she still was so nice to apologize for the time it took. Also when a defect was later discovered she was quick to arrange a repair time. It is greatly appreciated when a company is hands on like this and helps me enjoy my sunroom.“
