“I have no idea where these bad reviews are coming from. I have never been to an Eye Doctor before, I have always had perfect vision. Like many hitting 50, my eyesight is going bad to read, and you hear on commercials of all the eye diseases, again making me hesitant. I assumed I would go in they will have me read an eye chart, tell me I need glasses and send me on my way without know if I am ok. Isn't that what everyone wants for a checkup, to make sure EVERYTHING (no disease) is ok. Well what happen was the OPPOSITE of just read some letters and make me pay. My Doctor was Jessilyn Burns. She was AMAZING she told me every second what she was doing and why (a little fast, might want to slow down a little). That is a HUGE comfort, not sure she knows how good that is. Makes you feel everything is going to be checked, and nice for me to know all was well, except my reading as I did need some reading glasses. When I went to pick out my frames, the girl that helped me was SSSOOOOO Patient as I tried on 10 pairs before deciding. I have now idea if these bad reviews are from WhiteOak, but I doubt it, because they made me extremely happy.“

She provides very thorough exams (I'm a diabetic in which she does a special diabetic exam in addition to the regular exam). Very personable, pleasant demeanor.Dr. Landis staff is very capable and competent. “Very pleased with the ease of making an appointment at the Pittsburgh Eye Associates in Munhall with Dr. Cecchini. I was referred by a friend who uses Dr. Cecchini. In a routine exam, he found a very serious issue with my friend and expedited the care that she needed with other doctors. I feel like this went above and beyond normal care so I was sold on using him as my eye doctor even before the visit. The staff at the office was quick and thorough with my initial paperwork. During my examination, the doctor addressed normal issues of the eye examination and asked in-depth questions to get a better view (no pun intended) of my vision needs. Where I feel like some places I have been in the past have "sold" me new glasses or prescriptions, Dr. Cecchini's approach was the opposite. He addressed the needs at the moment. I feel his attention to detail in the exam is more than what you would expect. A nice selection of frames and acceptance of insurance in this office. If you're LOOKING for a new eye doctor, go and SEE Dr. Cecchini!“

“As a kid I always loved going to the optometrist. They were always friendly and they could make me see when I couldn't see before.Now that I'm in my 40s I've had nothing but bad experiences with most eye clinics in our area. This clinic was the major exception to the rule with an amazing group of people and a wonderful doctor.The attention to detail to make sure that my prescription was right was spot on. Keeping me informed of my options to correct my vision through the entire process was better than almost anywhere I've been.In the past I've had a head injury and nerve damage in the military and everybody that I worked with there was extremely sensitive to my needs and discomfort with people being too close to my face and eyes.I can't recommend this clinic enough.And a big plus, they sell silhouette brand frames, and are experts with them.“
