i read google reviews, so if its warranted ill leave them too. this conversation could be had by me calling this rude office manager but i enjoyed reading their nice responses on the other negative reviews so ill wait for my response on what we did wrong and what they did right. TIME. i understand time is important. being on time is very important! my mother should have called to let the office know she was running late for my aunts appt. my aunt was running late because she has cancer, can not get around very well at all and fell the night before her appointment. i was in the ER with her all night. we get home for her to then be up nauseous from chemo all night. she...read full review

This has been the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in the years I’ve worn contacts. The optometrist and the technician who did my exam were absolutely wonderful, however the manager of the office (I believe) is downright combative. The anxiety this experience has caused is just a joke. In addition to other issues, she would answer my calls and leave me on an extended hold (10 minutes plus) purposely, only to have someone else answer and take care of my contact lens/ insurance questions. I’ve ordered my contacts elsewhere, I will no longer give any of your locations mine or my family’s business. I hope I can help someone else avoid the experience...read full review

I have never written a review before, but this place is the worst. I ordered glasses, paid for them and was told they would be in in 7-10 days. Two weeks later I called and was told they would be in that day. No one called to tell me they were in so I stopped in. At that time I was told they lost them and the manager would call me the next day. The manager called me the same day after I told the front seat to cancel my order and requested a copy of my prescription. She told me it would be another two weeks to get my glasses. That would be an entire month to get a pair of glasses! I, once again, told her to cancel the order and refund me the $400+ I already paid. She reluctantly...read full review
