First time here. I picked up my glasses on a Friday. The following week my eyes were not adjusting to the new lenses. So I went back and sat with Bev and explained my issues. She adjusted the frames to help with the blue filter of the lens so my eyes could adjust better. She said if that doesn't help to call her and she would go to the next step. Well after that visit with her... within hours I could tell my eyes were feeling better and in 2 days my eyes and me were happy. I love my new eyes!!! Bev went above and beyond to help me. Thank you❤

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Chesen and his staff. I'm an extremely anxious person and really wanted this procedure done. When I found out I wasn't a good candidate for Lasik, but instead PRK, I'll be honest, I was scared! All my questions were thoroughly answered and I was given sooo much reassurance by EVERYONE! The one day I was going to back out of the procedure ,and Dr Chesen spoke to me personally on the phone to calm my fears. Stacey, the lasik coordinator, is phenomenal. Dr Chesen is the best in the business. He has the best staff they are impeccable and very friendly and knowledgeable I highly recommend this organization. This is a well- oiled machine everything is organized and they are at the top of their game.
