It takes forever for your glasses to come, and you have to wait forever just to be called, the staff re ok sometimes, some have a nasty attitude, the first and last time I will ever get glasses here I had to wait over a month, never again

Needed new glasses. Hadn't updated my prescription in 9 years. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Doctor was friendly and informative. He understood my particular needs. Exam was painless. Glasses were ordered and arrived within the 2 weeks specified. Very overall enjoyable experience inside the store. They carry multiple styles and brands from reasonable to brand names.A heads up: Be careful outside the store I was approached by multiple people asking for money. I am disabled so I was kind of surprised. New glasses are in photo.

I have been going here for a few years now and my only complaints is getting someone on the phone to make an appointment. At this point I just walk in with no appointment since they accept walk ins but appointments have priority so walk ins have to wait longer to be seen.
