His bid was fair and I liked that payments after the deposit were only made after successful township inspections. He added value with mid-project scope changes that were reasonably priced. Problems discovered during the job were thoroughly explained and costs managed. His staff was courteous, friendly, competent and kept things clean. Carpet damaged as part of reno was quickly repaired without issue. Even though we scheduled work 6 months out due to him being in high demand, I was very impressed that he still finished the bathroom only 1 day later than estimated. The bathroom came out beautifully and is a clear upgrade to our lifestyle. We'll be using Gilmer again.“

From the shower and niche (which he recommended instead of shelves which gave us more space) to the tiled floor and micro cement walls, everything was done with such care and precision. Catalin did a wonderful job giving the walls the rustic texture we really wanted! Not only did he do an amazing meticulous job but he was quick and the input he gave helped everything turn out so much better than we even imagined. On top of all of that he was respectful of our home and keeps it as clean as possible during the work and leaves it clean after the job is done. He has a friendly and enjoyable demeanor and this is some of the best work I’ve had done by far! We will be using Catalin General Construction for anything else we need done in the future!“

“Dean Gabriel and their team did an AMAZING job on the exterior of our house replacing the vinyl siding,windows and added 2 brand new beautiful doors. They have exceeded our expectations and true professionals and craftsman of what they do. They did an absolute beautiful job and made our house look brand new. They were here from start to finish consistently. There are very few contractors that we've had experience where they start the job early in the morning finish up around 5:00 and stay until the job is fully completed and approved. They finished the job in a week and always left each day cleaning up after themselves. Dean was very willing to work within our budget and took the time to explain everything about his plans for the job in great detail. The office manager Courtney is very diligent and friendly and always gets back to you right away if you have any questions. We highly recommend Dean and his team as they are experts at what they do and are extremely reliable. We are so excited to have them continue to do more work in the spring on our deck.“

“This is second time we have had Bachmans Roofing and we are very pleased….the first time, they put a roof over our deck. The second time, they put a new roof over our whole house! Up Front about the cost and the procedures and the possibility of additional cost, depending on the condition of the plywood under the shingles.
