My building was flooded in July. The inside and everything in it was destroyed. I had a company from out of town out when it originally happened. “Out of town” company was inefficient and lacked urgency. It’s hard to believe in a tragic time I had to cut ties with a clean up crew. “Out of town” had to go.Servicemaster in Reading came highly recommended. After some initial issues Mike Faris was assigned as my project manager, from that point on everything was handled with professional curtious service. Mike and the packing crew were amazing! They made the unfortunate results of a Christmas Eve water damage restoration a great experience. When I discovered that we had a significant amount of mold in a wood panelled spare bedroom, I was quite upset. As a realtor, I had had some experience with mold removal contractors who take advantage of worried homeowners. I didn't need to worry with ServiceMaster Restore AC. They recommended a course of action that got rid of the mold, cleaned our belongings, and most importantly, located the source of the problem.
