Mark came out on a *holiday weekend*, (which is always when things break down, right?), and drew up a plan of action, which he promptly kept! I now have a new tank, new pump, and--most importantly--running water! I am composing this not even 48 hours after the issue crept up. Did I mention the entire invoice total was much less than we feared/anticipated? “Water heater sprung a leak on Saturday morning, called Lincoln who quickly scheduled the replacement for first thing Monday morning. Josh & Chase arrived on time and promptly and professionally installed the new Lochinvar gas heater and corrected some sloppy vent work from another contractor. They completed the job quickly in a little over 2 hours leaving the work area cleaner than when they started. The cost for parts and labor were surprisingly reasonable considering the economy and the quick turn-around not to mention Lincoln's 6 year warranty above and beyond.
