“Liberty yoga is more than just a yoga studio for me. It’s a safe haven, a place where I know I won’t be judged when I come in with all of my flaws and insecurities. Christine and Prithe inspire me and make me so excited for the next session. The only regret is that I wish I signed up sooner!“

“I just love the yoga tone classes and the barre classes. Leslie's guided meditation has really helped me through some extremely stressful times. I also love the way Leslie makes accommodations when I need them. I have been doing yoga for 28 years, and Leslie's classes are by far the absolute best!“

7465 Lancaster Pike Suite L 2nd Floor, Hockessin
Aerial Fun & Fitness / Zina's Organics & Wellness Yoga

“My friend convinced me to attend a class here when they were still in Newark, and I've come even more often now that they've moved to Hockessin. The studio is bright and spacious, with a variety of acro apparata.I would say that most of this studio's classes are more focused on beginners than experienced circus aerialists. The beginner classes are a good start for people who are kind of easing back into fitness after a break or who want to start something that doesn't involve bouncing or jumping. Most of the classes focus on sling or hammock low to the ground, though they do offer silks and lyra. They also offer bungee classes, which are fun and an intense cardio workout (though it takes a few sessions for the harnesses to stop pinching.)If someone I knew wanted to try aerial acrobatics but was concerned that her strength and fitness wasn't good enough yet, I'd feel pretty confident recommending this place as a place to build that strength.“
