The experience at this office is unlike any other doctor’s office. Dr. Yannelli is thorough, kind, and so intelligent. She always has great problem-solving tips and works with you until everything is perfect. Her staff in the West Chester office is so professional and friendly. It is always a pleasure dealing them. I have been going to them for several years and today, for the first time, they were running a bit behind. I have never had a doctor’s office ever care how long they keep you waiting. Every eye care center needs a Scarlett and Mike they are theeeee BEST!!!!And the eye doctor was so welcoming and reassuring. she even helped me to finalize the style of my new glasses lol. I just love this place and you will as well.
