James arrived within the window of arrival. He was professional and did everything that needed to be done in a timely manner. He was courteous and easy to talk to. My one complaint has nothing to do with James and his performance. That was impeccable. 5 ⭐'s to James! My complaint is that Morevent adds on little hidden charges to do things that should be included in the monthly fee I pay. If the monthly fee needs to go up a bit to get it covered, I'm OK with that. But, to not cover the pan treatment system is just inviting trouble. Apparently, the treatment pad wasn't even put in the when the system was initially installed almost 5 years ago. They say the treatment doesn't have to be done. But, you run the risk of causing rust and damage to the inside pan if you don't do it. So, it's really a gotcha at the time of service, and I don't like gotchas. I'd be much happier if they'd bring back the gold plan that other HVAC companies still have, charge me a bit more, and cover these little niggling expenses (pan treatment and humidifier service) so I don't get hit with a bill to do something that I shouldn't even have to ask be done to keep my system healthy.
