Tom Orme was here to replace defective part in my generac generator. After disassembling the whole thing, he discovered the new part was defective so has to be reordered. He could not have been nicer as is everyone I’ve had dealings with in this company from the owner on down. My favorite generator people !!!!!!
Tom is beyond knowledgeable. No one could possibly know more about heating than he does. He’s also super nice to boot. Great service. Satisfied? Much more than that. I’m comforted!
Tom was very efficient at listening and diagnosing the furnace problem. Answered all my questions and even gave me some guidance on how to upkeep my system running properly. I’m very happy with the services and will recommend to anyone.
