They have a strong dedication to providing quality, engaging and informative yoga teacher training courses. My experience working with YogaLife Institute was very positive. They were very supportive and the syllabus was clear, interesting and insightful. The teachers all displayed a passion for promoting well being and mindfulness in their teachings. They're trauma-informed and social-justice-informed (not always the case in yoga communities) so I feel more capable of teaching yoga to different communities in a sensitive manner to supports healing. Jennifer is also a kind and compassionate human. I'll never forget her encouragement to teach in a way that's more authentic to me.“

45 Berkley Rd 1st floor, Devon“We have been in regular private family yoga with Denise at Balanced for Life since the pandemic started. Denise's training in physical therapy and yoga (and her experiences as a Mom) makes it a treat every week to meet together, now in the studio. Our practice is fun and targeted on body parts that need work. Denise has come to know us well and keeps us moving and working in a caring way. It is one of our family blessings that Denise is in our lives and continues to support us.“

3547 Rhoads Ave, Newtown Square“Dr. Kelli is wonderful. Anyone who is reluctant (as I was) to see a chiropractor, you won't regret it once you leave their office. She listened and was receptive to my concerns. I was having side pain that my other doctors could not identify even with X-rays and CT scans. My son was working with Dr.Kelli and I deciding to see if she could offer any suggestions. After one session I started to feel a difference. After about 4 sessions I moved to a maintenance plan and I couldn't be happier.“

117 Ridge Pike, Conshohocken“Wonderful yoga studio! The outdoor classes are a really great experience, and its awesome to have a full weekly schedule of outdoor classes instead of just an occasional pop-up. The classes are good for all levels - I started with fairly limited prior experience with yoga and never felt like I couldn't keep up or follow the instructors. Plenty of modifications are provided, and poses build so you can stop at whatever "level" you're comfortable. Others in the classes are definitely far more experienced, so I think all levels would be appropriately challenged. Ang and Sherrie are great instructors!“
“I went for a massage to relieve PMS symptoms and came out feeling very good. Thanks Catherine you are an Angel ?“

1111 Lancaster Ave, Bryn Mawr“The yoga classes at Hummingbird have made a huge difference in my health! When I started up with yoga again I had severe pain in my left leg and couldn’t stand or walk without agony. Now, I am A-OK! Additionally, I have enjoyed the other overall benefits of practicing yoga; calmness, flexibility, and being able to fit into my smaller jeans :-). Monika Lee“

“All the ladies there are very friendly and make me feel welcome every time. It's a convenient location. I'm loving the hot yoga! Kaitlyn is great! She is good at cueing each pose and takes into consideration that everyone is on a different level by instructing ways to go deeper into a pose, or the use of props for others.
The only thing that is giving a 4 star instead of 5 is how small the studio is. It should be bigger with the amount of people that they fit in there, making it hard to fully stretch at times without touching the people around you.“
