Ship Matrix has a long history of delivering top-notch results, with a team of experienced employees who are attentive and responsive to customer needs. I have dealt with ShipMatrix for at least a decade. ShipMatrix's service level is unlike any software vendor. We always have a point contact (located in the USA) that is always available... answers their phone and responds to emails.UPS makes it impossible to comprehend their bills. Shipmatrix's portal instantly creates and manipulates the data into useable reports. Their contract services are priceless when it comes to negotiating a new carrier agreement.ShipMatrix is a class organization. No business that uses UPS or Fedex in volume can really operate optimally with them.
