I have dealt with ShipMatrix for at least a decade. ShipMatrix's service level is unlike any software vendor. We always have a point contact (located in the USA) that is always available... answers their phone and responds to emails.UPS makes it impossible to comprehend their bills. Shipmatrix's portal instantly creates and manipulates the data into useable reports. Their contract services are priceless when it comes to negotiating a new carrier agreement.ShipMatrix is a class organization. No business that uses UPS or Fedex in volume can really operate optimally with them.

Just returned from having my tax return prepared by Kevin and I’m here to say that his current 4.9 rating is wrong. It should be 5.0. I was in and out in under an hour, I received more than expected with my state and local taxes being done too when I thought it was just federal, he was thorough and explained in layman’s terms when it was needed, and someone that you felt like your prep money was well spent- even when you owe! After dealing with the chains and barbers who cut however they want to for far too long, I've finally found a barber that gets it right every time! I've been going to see Jesse for about a year now and he is fantastic. Easy to talk to or just chill while he does his magic (I got compliments from coworkers on my hair and beard after my last visit). My son and I look forward to hanging with Jesse and team because we know we're going to have a good time and walk out looking good and happy!

Our AC went out overnite on the hottest day of the year. I called at 6:30AM, they called back by 8:00AM and had a technician at our house by 11:30AM--on the hottest day of the year (I just had to say it again). Fantastic repair, fantastic technician...all at a reasonable cost. They'll have ALL my business in the future.
