We purchased an entry and screen door. Both are beautiful as well as the side glass and trim. George and Jim did an excellent job! They were professional, courteous and fast. They explained the little details to my wife and I about what they were going to do. Finally, they left the house immaculate when they were done. On a 1-5 scale I rate them a 5.
I want to thank everyone involved helping to make getting a new door and lite a satisfying experience. The people whom I delt with were all great. I love my new door/lite and glad I went with Pella.
We recently had the awesome crew from Pella windows, State College, to complete the replacement of all the windows and doors in our home. The Pella products have proven to be superior in bringing energy efficiency, comfort and noise reduction to our home. The installation crew of Don, Rich and Bob once again did an amazing job on the second story installation: efficient, highly skilled, courteous, friendly and professional in every way.
