    Terrible customer service. HBK prepared our taxes in the spring of 2023 and we noticed the communication was sub-par, but we tried to be understanding of the busy time of year. When we recently reached out for assistance with other tax inquiries (Nov 2023), we realized their service seems to be bad no matter what time of year. Their receptionist was straight up rude, and the people she connected us with were completely unresponsive despite leaving voicemails and emails requesting assistance. We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.
