“My bestie and I had a fabulous experience here celebrating her 40th. As the official day spa of the Philadelphia Eagles I knew it would be awesome but it still managed to exceed expectations. We booked time in the Turkish bath as well as massages. If there's one thing you need to know about me, it's that a bitch loves amenities. And Joseph Anthony has them in spades. Before the Turkish bath we were treated to a complimentary foot soak and a mimosa...and even another mimosa when we asked nicely. The spa coordinator Bella did a fabulous job of managing the flow of our day and making sure we were taking full advantage of everything they have to offer. The Turkish bath was a real one of a kind experience that I'd recommend to anyone. We opted for the body scrub thing which we applied ourselves after a brief tutorial. We both felt like some kind of empress from antiquity as we lounged around surrounded by beautiful mosaic tile and gazing at the fake stars. Fabulous experience. For our massages we were lucky enough to have Monica and Gina take care of us. They were both wonderful, professional, and attentive. Our experiences were both everything we had hoped for and we walked out feeling a level of relaxation that was actually slightly disorienting in the best way. But wait, there's more amenities! Afterwards we were taken to the salt room which is a lovely ambient room with comfy lounge chairs, a wall of salt which I guess has benefits beyond "oh that's so pretty," and some delicious chocolate chip cookies. Most unexpected but certainly appreciated! The bathrooms here could be considered an amenity too. The amount of hair and body care products available to use is a testament to the attention to detail Joseph Anthony has cultivated here. I loved everything about this place and I have been dropping not so subtle hints to everyone in my life that a JA gift card makes a fabulous gift! I can't wait to get back.“

“This is my favorite massage place. Kendra did a great job! I feel very relaxed after a full body massage. They don't have parking lot, just park in front of their building along with street. The massage room is pretty big and has sofa chairs. I was there beginning of May and the room feels a little bit chilly.“

“I don't think I can possibly put into words what an amazing space Lindsay has created, but I am going to try. :-) I found Bungalow online when I was searching for organic spas and was on the fence about going because I was unsure if it was worth getting a facial when I was working through a lot of health issues and figured my skin may continue to purge. However, I decided to treat myself and I am so glad I did. Lindsay is so kind, knowledgeable, thorough, calming, and the whole experience is just amazing from start to finish. She takes a thorough inventory of your skin and health history which was perfectly aligned with all the other work I am doing. She has such a gentle touch and the products she uses are so calming and perfect for acne-prone skin (my skin has been reacting to almost everything and I had no issues). She spends a considerable amount of time doing massage and lymph drainage and also sits with you afterwards to discuss your specific skin concerns and other lifestyle changes. I cannot say enough positive things about Bungalow; Lindsay has truly created a sanctuary unlike any other spa I have ever been to and my only regret is not booking an appointment sooner!“
